Nina Popvic
Nina is a certified body control pilates mat teacher who discovered the transformative power of Pilates first hand whilst struggling with chronic back pain. She turned to Pilates and experienced remarkable relief. Inspired by her journey, she trained under the guidance of Jenny, a renowned pilates instructor and is now dedicated to sharing the benefits of this practice with others.

Nina's extensive background in modern ballet, yoga and the airline industry, coupled with her passion for fitness and well being makes her a compassionate and knowledgeable instructor. She is committed to helping her clients achieve their individual fitness goals, as well as living happier healthier lives.
In addition to Pilates, Nina teaches ballet barre classes, a fusion of classical ballet, Pilates, and yoga. This graceful and effective workout focuses on lengthening, toning, and stretching the muscles leaving you feeling balances and energised.
Nina teaches Wednesday mornings at 9:30am for Pilates for Posture. Additionally she also teaches a 45 minute zoom class on Friday morning's at 9:30am.
