Hannah Dallison

Hannah sees herself as a reformed Personal Trainer, who raced as an amateur British Triathlete, turned movement and Pilates instructor and breath worker.

Her own experience of chronic fatigue and slipped discs has led her to slow down and really view the body has a whole being.  She has taken her knowledge of strength and mobility training and combined it with Pilates to create a gentle but progressive approach to her teaching to aid rehab and recovery.

Hannah is a trained PT with pre and post natal, a Functional Range Conditioning coach, APPI Pilates instructor, and Oxygen Advantage Breath worker. She is currently enjoying learning new skills with ‘Way of the rope’ to aid rehab approaches, and is about to start her conscious connected breath course.
