Nina's 45 minute Zoom class is designed as your Morning Pilates routine aiming to wake your body up while performing a combination of classical Mat Pilates exercises with dynamic Pilates and Barre movements. Class starts with the warm up routine and is followed by the various movement flows and stretches, making you feel energised and well stretched out, ready to carry on with your daily routine. Main objective of this class is to strengthen your overall body and your core muscles. Each class has an additional focus eg, arms & shoulders, back, glutes, posture etc. Nina's classes are mixed ability, she offers alternatives to each exercise to provide a more personalised approach to individual client needs.
