Victoria Oyler
Professional profile

Victoria is an experienced movement practitioner with a multidisciplinary background spanning Yoga, Pilates, sports science, and therapeutic massage. Her teaching blends strength, mobility, and breathwork to support long term postural health-helping students move with more ease, stability and confidence both on and off the mat. 

With training grounded in anatomy and functional movement, Victoria approached the body holistically.  She believes posture is shaped not only by muscles and joints, but by lifestyle, stress, energy and how we feel in ourselves day to day.  Her classes guide students toward balance in body and mind, building strength while creating space, softness and deeper awareness. 

Alongside teaching Victoria works clinically as a massage therapist and is pursuing more experience supporting women in pre and postnatal stages as well as working with kids/teens. Across all her work her goal remains the same: to help people feel stronger, more connected to their bodies, and able to greet each day with clarity, calm and vitality. 

Victoria is teaching a yoga class at 10:35am on Friday mornings for Pilates for Posture.
