Interval pilates blends the gentle, flowing movement of pilates, with an engaging interval structure, all set to soothing, chilled music.  You'll move through a mix of standing and mat-based exercises, designed to improve your joint mobiity, enhance your muscle tone and leave you feeling balanced and revitalized.  Each interval lasts just 30-45 seconds, with short breaks in between, making it accessible for all fitness levels.


This isnt just a workout; it's a moment for you-to stretch, strengthen and start your day with care and mindfulness.
