Join Jenny first thing Tuesday mornings to wake up with Pilates. Jenny teaches a mixed ability 60 minute matwork class, offering different level exercise options as the class progresses to enhance your indiviudal workout. There is a balance between stretch and strengthening exercises, to help you improve your flexibility. Through imagery you will be able to tap into and understand what muscle groups initiate each exercise. Every week is varied with a new set of exercises and often use of small pilates equipment to maximise benefits for every individual. As this class is on zoom it will be useful to have all the small equipment handy as in several classes throughout the term we will be using them.

This inspired me to complete my full certification with Australian Pilates Physiotherapy Institute in 2002.
I then began teaching clients of all levels in Battersea where I live with my husband and three children. I have thoroughly enjoyed this opportunity to teach Pilates and watch the improvement and enthusiasm of so many clients as they discover Pilates and its many benefits.
Following my certification in 2002 my continuing education has included the following;
