The timetable shows our upcoming five-week spring term. There will be 11 classes a week including one HIIT class, one 30 minute pilates class and one stretch and breathe 30 minute class. All of these eleven classes will be live zoom only with no in person attendees. Eight of the eleven classes will be recorded and will be offered for viewing for at least one week. You can join the online classes by purchasing a zoom term pass from the shop.
