Timetable

The timetable shows our upcoming seven week summer block running from 20 July to 4 September. There will be four Pilates classes a week and one HIIT class most weeks.  All classes will be recorded and these will be offered for viewing for at least one week. You have the option of joining for the entire seven week block at a discounted rate, or on a weekly basis.  If you join on a weekly basis then your recordings will only be available until Sunday evening of that week.
